While it may not be possible for everyone, if you have the dream and heart to achieve it anything is possible.  I had a student build a small house for someone in exchange for a corner of their land so that they could build their own house.  One person did not have money, the other did not have youth.

$6 to $65 per square foot and up depending on what you want.  From cast earth housing to conventional there are many options.  I also depends on what amenities you want in the house like DIY pine wood furniture, ready to assemble cheap shelving, or custom made walnut shelving.

No,  You can pull your own permits and I will help you with this.  Many areas have exemptions and owner-builders and only require a floor plan and a few dollars.  After that you just need to know at what stages you need to call for one of the many inspections.

The lease amount of land you need is 1200 square feet per person.  If you use my hybrid system and are not working physically hard then you can reduce that to 800 square foot.  With magnetic propagation techniques and high voltage ion you can perhaps reduce that to 720 square feet.

Of course this depends on learning the methods for continuous cropping in an intensively planted system.  Such systems require the expense of building grow bed that can hold water.  On open land it can be a cheaper and require about an acre of garden of row garden; depending on soil quality and management.  One acre is 43,560 square feet.  Growing with permaculture principals its possible to use as little as 4% of the land that commercial farming requires.

I will discuss a number of options for you in this space.  Much will depend on your intestinal-fortitude and how far you are willing to go.  I can show you how to sue these people and potentially make enough money to pay for your house.  While results are guaranteed just know that all things are possible.

Truth is there is no location that is perfect.  You should never wait for perfect because it may never come. If you want a clear place in the forest by the ocean with a stream and water fall in the wilderness next to a Starbucks you will likely never find it or it will be extremely high priced.

You can however build many of the things you want on any piece of land in any location. Transform the land and if you do ever find a better location you can always sell what you build for a profit and start over.  Its up to you to build the life you want to see. After examining the priorities you have and ordering them by importance and time spent doing each we can create a plan allowing you to build that dream.  Perhaps a location near the ocean with a clearing you made, or a forest you planted and an artificial pond with a water fall and the equipment in an extra room devoted to a coffee bar.

This can be difficult for sure.  How much do you want it? How much will you be willing to delay gratification?  With some lifestyle adjustments like giving up cable, eating out, switching cell companies, skipping entertainment in town, eating $3 meals, turning down the heat, and perhaps skipping out on the rent to live in someone spare room you can squeeze out a few dollars.  Then you have to find a way to bring value to others and create an online or local business.  Once you find your product I can help you set up your online business for free if you have a laptop or can borrow a library computer.  Often this requires much personal growth and removal of limiting belief systems. I can give you the tools for this.  -You have to want it more than anything else.

PMA.. That is private member associations that operate outside the public(government) sphere. Within a trust and without licenses or tax liabilities. At the very least setup and operate in a multi layer foundation/trust and deduct everything so that you tax liability is extremely low.

This is often very hard for many to grasp as the programs and lies of corporate governance has trained and programmed your minds to obedience to a brand.  It is possible tough.  Non of the smart wealthy people own anything and they don't pay massive taxes.

We do occasionally have internships where you can learn building and gardening skills.  We usually find time to learn one or two things you specifically want to know.  Generally, there internships are aimed at assisting with what ever needs to be done and participating in the workshops.  Minimum stay is 3 weeks; two weeks before the events. You need to be able to support your self providing transportation and food.
