- Hold Harmless. I agree to hold harmless all Private Members of the association and anyone preparing food and drink. I waive all recourse to recoup loss, harm, damage, injury through any means and for any reason.
- I assume all risk and acknowledge that I know neither the members of the association nor the kitchen are inspected nor licensed by any state or federal agency. I acknowledge this is a private contract transaction I am making having been informed and being of sound mind. I waive all benefits protections and rights to seek damages in all state and federal agencies and courts. The food and service is receive without recourse.
- I agree all purchases are final and there are no refunds.
- Placing your order is evidence and electronic “signature” and your agreement to be bound to the terms and conditions of this licensing agreement herein.
- I agree I am not a member of the pubic, a citizen, a resident, occupant of the U.S. while acting within this private association, and that I am not acting in any capacity as agent and employee of any agency. I further agree to strict non-disclosure of any affairs conducted or consequences thereof within private association to any lawyer, court and agency. I agree in my individual personal capacity to waive all protections and exemptions and immunity resulting from any office I may hold in the public. Further I agree to pay the association 7 times any fines, loss or damage to the association due to my actions. I agree the amount may be accessed and set by the association trustee(s) and collected by any means.
- Interpretation: I agree that: terms, grammar, definitions and all such meaning contained herein is defined as the principal, or trustee of the association declares it to be.
- If you are placing orders for other individuals you state that you have received their consent to be bound to these same terms of this agreement also and further accept all liability on their behalf personally.
- This agreement constitutes the whole agreement. Any part deemed unlawful does not affect any other part of this agreement.
