PRIVATE CONTRACT AGREEMENT

For Purchases, Digital Products, and Fundraising Activities
TinyGiantLife – Private Unincorporated Nonprofit Religious Association

Private Membership & Donations

By making any purchase from TinyGiantLife, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are entering into a private membership agreement and contracting as a private individual.

• All payments are considered voluntary donations made to support the mission and operations of a private, unincorporated, nonprofit religious organization.

• By donating, you become a private member of the association.

If you require a tax-deductible receipt, you must submit a request at the time of donation.

Digital Products & Online Courses

• All digital products (courses, eBooks, downloadable content, etc.) are treated as non-refundable donations.

• A 3-day money-back guarantee applies unless otherwise stated. After 3 days, no refunds or chargebacks are allowed for any reason.

• You are responsible for notifying us if you encounter any technical issues with product access. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues once reported.

• No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied regarding the outcomes or use of any information or materials provided.

Raffle Tickets, Fundraising, and Prizes

• Raffle entries are considered non-refundable donations for the purpose of fundraising.

• Odds of winning: 1 in 1,777.

• The raffle will close only once all 1,777 tickets are sold. There is no set time limit for this.

Purpose of Raffle:

Raffle proceeds fund the construction of permaculture-based infrastructure to create a complete, self-sustaining, life-supporting system in harmony with the Earth. All association members may visit the site.

Winner Selection:

• Entries are assigned numbers in the order received.

• The winner is selected via a quantum random number generator.

• Winners will be notified by email and have 90 days to claim their prize.

• If the winner fails to claim within 90 days, a new winner will be selected, and the previous winner forfeits all rights to the prize.

Prize Details:

• Winner may choose between AirCrete or conventional construction.

• No changes may be made to the floor plan, structure, or provided appliances.

• We reserve the right to pay the cash value of the building materials instead of constructing the structure under the following conditions:

  • Fewer than 1,777 tickets are sold

  • Material costs exceed the projected budget

  • We choose to decline service to the winner for any reason

  • We become unable to construct the building for any reason

Chargeback Policy

By participating in any purchase or donation, you agree:

• No refunds or chargebacks shall be initiated for any reason.

• All payments are final, and you accept the terms as part of a private, voluntary, contractual donation agreement under private membership status.

For Events, Workshops, and Private Contractual Participation

Workshop & Coaching Terms

• Cancelation Policy:
  Workshop purchases are subject to a $350 cancelation fee. This fee is non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward other products, future workshops, or access to the step-by-step video course.
  Due to limited availability and extensive preparation, cancelations negatively impact the planning and experience for all involved. Thank you for understanding.

• Deposits:
  All deposits are non-refundable.

• One-on-One Sessions, Webinars, & Coaching:
  Participation is subject to availability and require scheduling in advance.

Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

(For All Events, Workshops, and Use of Information for Construction)

By purchasing or participating in any workshop, coaching, or event, or online training you confirm that you are entering into a private contract as a private individual and agree to the following:

Express Assumption of Risk:

I acknowledge that participation in workshops, physical training, or personal construction involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Falls, strains, sprains, or other injuries

• Injuries from tools, terrain, weather, or equipment

• Vehicle traffic, dehydration, or lack of hydration

• Actions of other participants, staff, or volunteers

• Injury or death caused by negligence (including my own)

I voluntarily accept full responsibility for all such risks, including the possibility of injury, death, or property damage to myself or others while participating in any activity on or off the property.

Natural Risk:

I understand that the workshop site is in a remote natural environment where risks may include:

• Heatstroke, dehydration, rattlesnake bites

• Trips, falls, twisted ankles, or stepping in holes

I agree to assume responsibility for these and follow all provided safety instructions. I also understand the importance of carrying my own travel medical insurance.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I voluntarily release and discharge TinyGiantLife, its members, staff, volunteers, and associated organizations from any and all claims, actions, or demands—including those arising from negligence or equipment defects.

This release is binding upon myself, my heirs, assigns, successors, and representatives. If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I grant permission for emergency first aid or medical care as deemed necessary and waive any claim against the organization for the same.

Indemnification Agreement

I accept financial responsibility for any injury I may cause to myself or others due to my actions or negligence. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless TinyGiantLife it members and related parties from any liability, injury, death, or property damage resulting from my actions.

If legal action is necessary to enforce this agreement, I agree to cover all legal fees and costs incurred by the organization and its representatives.

Private Contractual Agreement & Governing Law

This is a private contract between private individuals and a private unincorporated association. All disputes must be resolved by binding arbitration within 21 days of the incident, with arbitrators selected from members of the organization. The party bringing the claim shall cover all arbitration costs.

No member may pursue relief in public courts without violating this agreement. Any such action constitutes a breach of contract, and the violator agrees to cover all resulting costs and damages.

Final Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase or participating in any event or activity, you affirm that:

• You have read and understood this agreement.

• You assume all risks described herein.

• You waive all rights to hold the association or its members liable.

• You agree to indemnify the association and it members for any injury, death, or damage resulting from your participation.
