Only 1777 memberships will be sold.  Your odds of winning are in direct relation to the number of memberships you purchase.  Winner will be selected only after 17 memberships have been sold and there is no time limit on how long the raffle will run. In the event the full number of tickets are not sold we reserve the right to select a winner, decrease the size of structure offered or provide a payout in cash in proportion to the original ratio of cost to total donations .  Your membership and purchase of additional memberships tickets are NON REFUNDABLE donations.

With your first purchase you are buying a membership to a private association and shall receive one free raffle ticket entry for a drawing to build a custom tiny house for the winner. Any additional purchases are donations, also non-refundable, to the greening the desert project. You may purchase as many tickets as you wish, but only 1777 total donations/entries will be allowed. By purchasing your membership you agree to be bound to the rules of this membership.

Private Contract:

1.  Members agree their "purchase"/donation IS their signature and full agreement to the terms of membership contract.
2. Once a winner is selected the winner has 90 days to contact us and claim the house.  After 90 days without claim the house will be built on the greening the desert house site as lodging for visiting guest and is another donation. Failure to claim the winning prize shall result in loss of all benefits and prizes. You will be contacted.
3. Joining the association and buying raffle tickets you agree that you are giving donations and joining this private association.
4. The member who wins the raffle will receive only a house of the size show in the video per the floor plan on this page. Any changes require additional payment. No hookups provided/included.  Water, Sewer, Electric, and any/all service cost to connect to the house is NOT included. 
5. If material prices rise beyond what the builder deems acceptable we reserves the rights to convert the prize to a cash out option only at the value of the materials originally planned for.
6. If winner of the raffle makes changes to the floor plan, size or most basic materials they agree to pay the additional labor and material costs. 
7.  All members agree to free and unlimited trade, exchange, and sale of any and all services, and goods between members and further agree to hold all members and the association as well as the association itself harmless from any all all litigation what so ever without limit. Members waive their right to recoupment of any losses injury and harm for any reason.
8. All members may visit the greening the desert project and receive one nights free stay in a single room with one bed (maximum occupancy is two people), and the stay is subject to availability. Members have the right to visit the site as long as their membership remains in effect.
9. Membership may be revoked for any reason including but not limited to bad or unsafe  behavior on site, inappropriate behavior towards other members, close or sale of the greening the desert site, dissolution of the organization.
10. Members agree that its is their responsibility to be safe when visiting the site and its their responsibility to purchase accident insurance to cover any loss in the event of an injury of loss. No insurance or guarantee of safety is given.
11. The nonprofit you are donating to is live life church and it is recognized as non profit under 508(c)(1)(a) a non registered non corporate private non profit religious association and as such all proof is a burden of the one taking the tax deduction.  All members may request a tax deductible receipt containing an affidavit as that proof.
12.  Winner of the raffle agrees to accept full commercial and legal liability for permits, and all building code requirements. Further, winner agrees to obtain all required permits and pay all associated fees.
13. Winner agrees to hold the builders of the house harmless in all matters.
14. No warrantees or guarantees are given or implied in the building of the house.
15. Any question regarding the meaning of the agreement, its words, its grammar, its legal meaning and implications are to be defined by the association trustee in favor of the association.
16. Within the private association all members waive all public benefit, protections, privileges, rights, and legal recourse outside the orginization.
17.  Disputes within the association between members shall be settled by a tribunal of internal members selected to agree on a decision based on a jury of 12 internally selected  members. By joining you agree to participate in such proceedings and to be bound by the decisions made any any such proceeding.
18. We reserve the right to update and change this agreement at any time without notice.
19. Choosing to take the cash value of the raffle is limited to the actual cost of materials it would cost to build the house.
20. You may sell, reassign, or otherwise give away the house so long as that person is a member of this association.  If they are not the the person receiving the house will be required to join this association.
21.   Notice, this is a private contract with offer, consideration, and value; buying a membership or raffle ticket constitutes agreement and acceptance of all the terms. A State is not allowed to pass any law that “impairs the obligation of contracts." As such you are acting outside the public and public laws procedures, policies, acts and statutes..
22. Restriction of Jurisdiction; Notice of foreign jurisdiction; Other than as expressly represented herein, you agree that no section of the Contract shall be assumed to constitute a voluntary election by any of the parties thereto to submit the Contract or the said parties to any venue of law, jurisdiction, court or tribunal, other than the agreement of the parties as stated hereunder; You agree that the Contract shall not be deemed to be subject to the laws of any Government, corporation, any State, political subdivision thereof, or any legal fiction, procedural phantom, political construct, or any other jurisdiction outside this land, real or imagined unless such election is voluntarily made in writing by the Claimant/Libellant or his/her agent(s). You agree that no person(s) shall have any authority to control any decision regarding the Contract; no powers, interest or authority to amend, alter, modify or terminate the Contract are granted to any part, person, individual, agency, court or entity, real or imagined, other than as expressly represented herein.
23. All memberships and donations are non-refundable.  Charge backs are not allowed and you agree to accept full responsibility to make the full payment and waive any right to dispute this in any manner whatsoever. In the event of a charge back you agree to litigation and/or dispute resolution by the American Arbitration Association(AAA) and further agree to pay for the cost of arbitration and to be bound by the decisions therein. All members grant limited power of attorney to sign on their behalf to accept arbitration by the AAA and your purchase serves as your signature and agreement.  The collection activities of this point stand alone and are outside and exempt from the following. 
24. Other parties Joining the Contract: It is agreed that a joinder fee shall be established in the amount of Ten Million United States Dollars per each action, of a party to this transaction no present at the time and in who's name the payment was made, which attempts to impair this Contract or stultify any of the parties thereto (i.e. attorneys, judges, and any other party/person); and that this fee shall be due from the joining party immediately. It is agreed that any party that fails to timely pay a True Bill agrees to a right of lien having been created and perfected against that party.  Further, user of trademark is forbidden
25. Memberships may be purchased for other people and their use or claim on membership is subject to this contract and license agreement.  Memberships are non-transferable
