AirCrete is portland cement and water that is inflated with air bubbles to a volume 6 times its original volume. This creates an insulating structural building material.
AirCrete is typically 6 gallons of water to which one 92 pound bag of portland cement is mixed. Then 5 additional gallons of water with 4 to 5 ounces of Drexel foaming agent is pumped through a foam machine with air to create a foam that weighs 95 grams per liter. The batch is mixed until it reaches 6 cubic feet in volume
The shell cost about $9-$12 per square foot. The entire house can be finished with appliances and ready to move into for as little as $38 per square foot; if you provide 100% of the labor. You can visit our cost calculator tool here: https://tinygiantlife.biz/2019/06/20/dome-cost-calculator/
You need as water pump rated 120 psi and 1.2-1.5 gallons per minute. You need an air compressor, air regulator, and solenoid valve, 12 inches of 1 1/4 inch PVC pipe and stainless steel wool. Basically you pump water and push air into a single line which enters your pvc pipe stuffed with stainless steel wool. Also, be sure to consider our online video course that teaches you how to build a foam generator in detail.

If you can climb a ladder with 20 pounds in your hands then yes! If you can hire and oversee unskilled labor then yes! If you can afford $38 per square foot then, yes!
You can always start small and make your house bigger as you can afford it!
We have an alternative building school to teach you ALL the skills to finish a house: AirCrete, Molding, Foundation, Wiring, Solar Power, HVAC install, Flooring, Tiles work, roof building, cabinets, plumbing, and more: https://tinygiantlife.biz/terlinguaworkshop/
If you want to simply go get one NO! AirCrete is cellular cement that is homemade. It is by its very definition; alternative building.
If you have an iron will and get an engineer to help; then perhaps. It is not going to be easy. It’s best to move to free country.
Sometimes you can build under 400 square feet or as non-occupied structure and get approval.
No.
However, there are actually some private investors that will finance it! The interest rate is high and you must own your land free-and-clear.
Yes! However, it is not advisable to watch a youtube video & build a house if you have never completed a house before! It can be outright overwhelming and there are a “ton” of skills involved in building: logistics, planning, hiring/firing, foundations, walls, roofs, plumbing, electric, flooring, cabinets, doors, windows, insulation, sizing and installing air conditioning, and more.
You should consider attending a building school to quickly learn all these skills in far less time than traditional paths require and at far less expense: https://tinygiantlife.biz/terlinguaworkshop/
Far too many people start and can not finish their AirCrete House because they are not truly prepared! After attending a course you will have hands-on and know for a fact that you can do it because you already have!

Yes, you can build larger houses with AirCrete. I would not recommend building a dome any larger than 30 foot in diameter. However, you can build multiple structures and overlap or connect them all to form a larger house.
Yes, you can! These type of structures are often built with a bond beam or post and beam construction to hold a conventional roof. This makes getting a permit easier as the AirCrete is only infill insulation.
Domes, Cylinders, Rectangles. These are the most common.
Non-Toxic, Fireproof, floor-rot proof, mold-resistant, sound resistant, pest proof, expandable, affordable, easy to learn how to build, if round then storm resistant up to F5 windspeeds!
AirCrete can be shaped, carved, and stained to look like any material. You can cast it in a mold to look like stone, lap-siding, and so much more!
More affordable means you can build thicker walls and gain superior efficiency.
Convenience: Throw a few simple tools into a truck or trailer with cement and anywhere you can drive to you can build your house. Rapid build time. In as little as 14 days one skilled person can build a 16-foot cabin and have it ready to move in!
No back breaking earth excavation or heavy machinery.
Comfort: Most climates cause thermal mass alternative buildings to be too hot or cold. They do not have insulation really. with ground source heat pumps you can choose your temperature and not be forced to deal with whatever the average of nature happens to give you. AirCrete IS insulation, but not thermal mass.
Price: Other alternative buildings can cost more than conventional construction; up to $250 per square foot. AirCrete starts at around $38 per square foot.
