My Experience

Hi, I'm Daniel.  I have over 30 years in the construction industry.   I worked my way up learning electric, HVAC, Plumbing, foundations, roofing, framing, and as a general contractor running jobs and overseeing job completion using contractors.

How I Lost Everything

One bad project building 6 quadruplex rental houses where I never got paid after two years of work.  I lost my credit lines and it was all I could do to pay off the suppliers.  I took a job as IT manager only to have the company bought out and my job outsourced.  It was the great-recession.  

Investing in Myself

I believe in investing in my self by improving my skills, knowledge, and lifestyle.   So, I started taking courses and seminars.  I never planed on teaching Air Crete.  However, after traveling out of the country and not having a good experience I talked to others who had useless experiences with their training.  I started helping these people build their houses and doing private workshops.  

Taking on Alternative building; before my air crete house.

Soon I was staying very busy and receiving great feed-back. I was able to build various types of alternative buildings for others.  This was a great experience building straw bale, earth ship, cob, wattle & daub, and air crete.  There is nothing more practical rapid building type out there than AirCrete.  It has such a great potential for individuals to rapidly build a house that is efficient, beautiful. comfortable.  After building a few bug-out locations for preppers I realized just how amazing it is to go into the middle of no-where and build a house with nothing more than a truck, trailer, air compressor, generator, water, and a few simple tools!  I was completely sold on building my house with Air Crete.  From this experience was born the desire to share it with everyone!

Helping Other Learn & Dream their Air Crete House

I decided to start teaching the anyone who wanted to learn alternative building of any type, including Air Crete.  It is my goal to give more value to you than you invest in.  I put together The Introduction to Air Crete Course and intentially kept it focused down only one the details of how to make air crete and the building process necessary to build an air crete dome house.

I also started workshops and other hands on training because many people have never worked on building a house and needed that help.

The Ultimate Hands On Learning

Seeking to always give value where people need it I started The Terlingua School of Alternative Building because far to many people build their Air Crete Home shell up, but would never finish the structure.  They were stuck not knowing how to wire their house, put in plumbing, air conditioning ect..  Even worse is when they had to destroy part of their work to correct for doing the job in the wrong order.   Now You can full learn how to make Air Crete House & build your dome house for $38 per Square Foot!  That is the finished cost!
